You’ve already applied with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, completed your fingerprints and photo appointment, and received approval to move forward — now it’s time to complete your required 16-hour course.

As an approved CCW vendor, I’ve designed this course to make the process simple, flexible, and straightforward. Complete the training videos entirely online at your own pace, take the exam at the conclusion of the videos, and schedule your live-fire qualification whenever you’re ready. Shooting qualifications take place at P2K Sports in El Cajon on Sundays. If you need a different date or time, we can work around your schedule.

The cost of the course includes qualifying with unlimited handguns, giving you the flexibility to add every firearm you intend to carry on your permit.
